Jeremy Climer - CEO & Founder

After decades spent self-promoting his music, Jeremy decided to combine his knowledge from being an autodidact and his knowledge from his formal education to bring his lifelong dream of owning a record label to life.

Inspired by the likes of Brett Gurewitz (Epitaph), Alan McGee (Creation), Joe Escalante (Kung Fu) and Larry Livermore (Lookout!), Jeremy has wanted to run his own label almost as long as he’s made music. While the music industry in 2023 is vastly different than it was in 1993, Jeremy still believes in the punk rock ethos of putting out music by artists he likes and by people he likes. Partnering with Travis Dolan from Level 32 Studio has allowed him to focus on the business of helping his artists, while Travis helps bring their music to the finish line.

Jeremy holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from DePaul University, where he studied popular music, and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver. He also spent a year in law school at the University of Louisville before deciding he knew enough to get himself out of trouble. His passion is helping independent artists get their music heard and building networks to help artists help each other. He lives in Broomfield, Colorado with his wife and daughter, where he supports his Denver Pioneers hockey team, as well as the Colorado Avalanche. He is a hockey dad, a beer league player, and the owner of Broomfield’s only backyard ice rink.

Travis Dolan - Level 32 Studio

Travis Dolan is a talented musician, producer, and audio engineer who hails from the vibrant city of Denver, Colorado. With a passion for music that spans over a quarter of a century, Travis has dedicated his life to mastering the bass guitar and honing his skills as a DJ and producer for the past 15 years.

Born and raised in Denver, Travis's love affair with music began at an early age. Inspired by the rich musical culture surrounding him, he picked up the bass guitar and quickly fell in love with its rhythmic depths. From that moment forward, his journey as a musician was set in motion.

Over the years, Travis has become a respected figure in the music industry, known for his exceptional talent and unwavering dedication. In the summer of 2021, he realized a long-held dream by opening Level 32 Studio, a state-of-the-art facility where he helps artists harness their creative potential and bring their musical visions to life.

Travis's approach to music production is rooted in building strong relationships with artists. He understands the importance of collaboration and believes that by working closely with musicians, he can help them unlock their true artistic abilities. Whether it's guiding them through the recording process, meticulously crafting the perfect mix, or putting the final touches on a master for distribution across various platforms, Travis ensures that every project receives the attention and care it deserves.

In 2015, Travis received accreditation from the prestigious Berklee College of Music, a testament to his commitment to excellence and the pursuit of knowledge in his field. Building upon his educational foundation, he joined the Hardcore Music Studio in 2020, further expanding his skills and expertise.
