Jeremy Climer - CEO & Founder

Jeremy's journey in music has been a lifelong pursuit, shaped by both self-taught experience and formal education. After decades of self-promotion in the music world, he combined his autodidactic knowledge with his academic background to bring his dream of owning a record label to life. Inspired by influential figures like Brett Gurewitz (Epitaph), Alan McGee (Creation), Joe Escalante (Kung Fu), and Larry Livermore (Lookout!), Jeremy’s passion for running a label has been a constant in his career, nearly as long as his love for making music.

Though the music industry has drastically evolved since 1993, Jeremy remains committed to the punk rock ethos of releasing music by artists he believes in and people he respects. Partnering with Travis Dolan from Level 32 Studio has allowed him to focus on the business side of supporting his artists, while Travis works to bring their music to life.

Jeremy holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from DePaul University, where he studied popular music, and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver. He also spent a year in law school at the University of Louisville before deciding he knew enough to keep himself out of trouble. His true passion is helping independent artists gain exposure and building a network where artists can support one another.

Jeremy resides in Broomfield, Colorado with his wife and daughter. He’s an avid fan of the Denver Pioneers hockey team and the Colorado Avalanche. As a dedicated hockey dad, beer league player, and proud owner of Broomfield’s only backyard ice rink, his life is a blend of music, family, and the thrill of the game.

Travis Dolan - Level 32 Studio

Travis Dolan is a talented musician, producer, and audio engineer who hails from the vibrant city of Denver, Colorado. With a passion for music that spans over a quarter of a century, Travis has dedicated his life to mastering the bass guitar and honing his skills as a DJ and producer for the past 15 years.

Born and raised in Denver, Travis's love affair with music began at an early age. Inspired by the rich musical culture surrounding him, he picked up the bass guitar and quickly fell in love with its rhythmic depths. From that moment forward, his journey as a musician was set in motion.

Over the years, Travis has become a respected figure in the music industry, known for his exceptional talent and unwavering dedication. In the summer of 2021, he realized a long-held dream by opening Level 32 Studio, a state-of-the-art facility where he helps artists harness their creative potential and bring their musical visions to life.

Travis's approach to music production is rooted in building strong relationships with artists. He understands the importance of collaboration and believes that by working closely with musicians, he can help them unlock their true artistic abilities. Whether it's guiding them through the recording process, meticulously crafting the perfect mix, or putting the final touches on a master for distribution across various platforms, Travis ensures that every project receives the attention and care it deserves.

In 2015, Travis received accreditation from the prestigious Berklee College of Music, a testament to his commitment to excellence and the pursuit of knowledge in his field. Building upon his educational foundation, he joined the Hardcore Music Studio in 2020, further expanding his skills and expertise.
